Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please review your donations and amounts prior to submitting a payment. If you find you have inadvertently gifted an incorrect donation or amount, go to the upcoming contributions tab on your account page and edit or delete your donation.
If you no longer wish to donate through Parish Giving, you can deactivate your membership at any time by logging on and checking the deactivate box on your account info tab. This will negate all upcoming contributions. Alternatively, you may notify info@parishgiving via email that you would like to cancel your membership. Parish Giving will deactivate your membership at your request and negate all upcoming contributions. If you choose to have Parish Giving cancel your account, you must submit this request at least three days prior to any scheduled upcoming contribution.
Parish Giving is not responsible for issuing refunds for donations that have already been processed. Processed donations are remitted to the chosen organization and any refund requests should be directed to the organization to which you donated.
